Asus Did Not Fix Light Leakage on My Rog Strix G16JUU Just Installed Windows 11


My product, the Asus Rog Strix G16JUU, encountered a light leakage issue two months ago. I arranged for a courier through UPS Turkey on Monday and delivered the device to the Asus service on Thursday for technical maintenance and keyboard cleaning. Although I expected a thorough inspection and solution, the device was likely tested at the service, and the light leakage was observed as shown below. In the service notes and during conversations with customer service, it was mentioned that this issue is 'chronic' due to the IPS screen. However, the service did not contact us in any way. The only action taken on the device was installing Windows 11.
