Asus ROG Strix G16 32GB 1TB SSD Laptop Refund Problem

On October 31, 2023, I purchased an Asus ROG Strix G16 32GB 1TB SSD computer. I sent the computer to technical service for warranty after experiencing a consistent crashing problem. Following an inspection by Asus, it was determined that the repair was not possible, and I was issued a return/exchange document under the customer satisfaction policy. As a result, I contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller informed me that the computer was an upgraded model and assured me that the RAM and SSD that came with the computer would be sent to me. I was told to deliver these components to Asus and then pick up the upgraded components. The components were sent to me by the seller, and I forwarded them to technical support. They advised me to contact Asus customer service to follow up on the case. When I called customer service on November 30, 2023, they informed me that the products had been sent to Asus for inspection. Despite periodic follow-ups, every time I contacted them, they assured me that the products were being investigated and emphasized the importance of the situation. My return/exchange document expired on December 8, 2023, and we're still in the same situation. The authorized service refers me to customer service, which then refers me back to the authorized service. I was not expecting such an ordeal from Asus. I need my problem resolved as soon as possible.
