Arnica Demli Tea Maker Warranty Issue

I bought an Arnica Demli Tea Maker on 11/09/2023. However, the machine, which is only eight months old, has broken down. We thought, okay, these things happen, it has a warranty, we will take it to get it repaired. However, I never imagined that Arnica could be so bad in terms of service. It has been a month since I handed it over, and there has been no progress. They say their technicians also work outside, and they are very busy. And I have been suffering for a month. Arnica is absolutely regretful, without a doubt. I wish I had read the complaints before purchasing. I expect a solution from Arnica on this matter. The repair time for a product is specified in consumer legislation, and since this period has been exceeded, I demand the necessary action to be taken by the company.

I couldn't reach the customer service number either. No one called me back. Take it and throw it away, that's how good the service is.
