Arzum Dreamtea Ar3134 Leaking Issue

Three months ago, I bought a Dreamtea tea maker, but I've yet to brew a single cup of tea with it. On the first try, it leaked water from the bottom, resulting in extremely cloudy water with a greasy film on the surface. Despite numerous attempts to clean and retry, the issue persisted, with the white residue only increasing. When I took it to the service center and requested a refund, they refused, claiming it could be repaired. Today, after receiving it from the service, I tried again, only to encounter the same problem: cloudy water and a greasy film on the surface. This is truly disappointing; I haven't been able to enjoy a cup of tea even once.
