Arnica Solara Vertical Vacuum Complaint: Broke Multiple Times in a Year



I purchased an Arnica Solara vertical vacuum. Within a year, it has been to repairs several times and literally falls apart while vacuuming. Does Arnica produce such poor-quality goods? Now, the dustbin is broken, and they claim it's user error. Did I vacuum holding the dustbin to break it? It's not covered by warranty, and they want ₺500 for a new dustbin. I'd rather not use it at all; I might as well throw it away or buy another brand. My neighbor, without naming names, got a brand-new replacement just a week before the warranty expired. I strongly advise against Arnica. I will be lodging complaints everywhere.
