Arzum Customer Service Complaint

I'm still struggling to find a solution for my hair styler. I bought it on May 9, 2024. When I got home and tried it, a metal piece fell out, and there's an issue with the airflow. If I had known this would happen and checked the complaints beforehand, I wouldn't have purchased it. On May 13, 2024, I left it at the service center, but there's still no news, and I'm still waiting. I'm extremely dissatisfied; I've wasted my money and received no solution. I took it to the service center before even using the product. I'll be taking this matter to the Consumer Court. Additionally, when I call customer service, they only create a complaint ticket without offering any solutions. I never expected such poor quality from Arzum. I deeply regret my purchase; it's been a waste of money.
