FamPay Unauthorized Payment to Unknown Number, Refund and Investigation Request

I am using the FamPay app and on 24 October an amount of ₹50 was deducted from my balance as a payment to an unknown number. I do not recognize this transaction and I did not authorize any such payment. I contacted FamPay support by email regarding this issue, but I have not received a proper response or clarification in a language I can understand. I am very uncomfortable that money has been deducted without my clear consent. I request that this unknown ₹50 transaction be checked urgently, that the amount be refunded to my FamPay balance, and that I be given a clear explanation of why and how this payment was made.
