Arçelik Does Not Compensate Me For The Damage It Caused

I purchased home appliances from Arçelik and scheduled an authorized service appointment a few months later to get them set up. The apartment where the installation occurred is empty. On the day of the appointment, I went to the apartment with the team, and they finished the installation. We left together once the work was completed. The team attached the dishwasher hose to the faucet and turned it on, but after a day or two, the hose became loose. The apartment and the downstairs neighbor's home were flooded. Because the apartment was unoccupied, the running water caused extensive damage over time. After discovering the problem, I took the necessary videos and photos and contacted Arçelik to file a damage claim. They reviewed the videos and took the hose, but I never heard anything about the hose or the claim outcome. Today, days later, when I called, they informed me that my claim had been denied without explanation. I have all of the documentary evidence, including entry and exit camera footage. Dear Arçelik, you have wronged both me and my neighbor. I expect a written explanation for the rejection of my claim, as I intend to take legal action against you. Arçelik, as always, you have disappointed me, but I will not let this go.

I said that they needed to call and provide a written response, explaining the reason to me. They said they took my notes and that I would be contacted, but there has still been no progress.

They called today, made me explain the things I wrote, took notes, and said they would get back to me.

They got back to me, they have made an agreement with Exper for damage control, and Exper will come tomorrow. They will also send back the hose. I still haven't received a written explanation as to why my compensation claim was denied, and I am discussing the matter with Consumer Rights.

The expert came today and took the necessary notes. Now, he will present this document to Arçelik. If Arçelik admits its fault, they will come to us with an offer, stating how much they will cover and how much they will not. We will wait for a response for now.

Arçelik persistently asks me through someone whether I have insurance and whether the homeowner has insurance.

Arçelik is completely ignoring us, there is no response at all.

There is no development or response regarding the issue. The Arçelik service couldn't connect the hose properly, which caused the hose to come off and flooded the house. It's that simple. They never, ever respond regarding the issue. I have asked 20 times for a written explanation as to why you haven't compensated for the damage you caused.

A whole month has passed and today they sent the negative news again with Exper. While I was waiting for them, I took matters into my own hands and attached a hose to the faucet they blamed, and I am using it without any issues. I am filing a lawsuit this week for the hose they broke while attaching it. From now on, they should try to reach me. This has turned into a blood feud for me; a company that disregards people and leaves them in a difficult situation.
