Arçelik Washing Machine Door Not Opening and Still Unfixed
On June 14, 2025, I contacted Arçelik’s authorized service because the door of my washing machine wouldn’t open, the device kept turning itself on and off, and a loud buzzing sound had started. The technician said the door lock was faulty and replaced it, but nothing changed. I had to call the service again on June 19, and this time they said a new part would be ordered. Despite patiently waiting, it’s been over 3 weeks and still no part, no repair, no washing machine. I haven’t been able to do laundry all this time. Customer service has been shockingly unresponsive, and no one has followed up. I expected better support, especially as someone who chose Arçelik for all my home appliances. This experience has truly shaken my trust. I now believe the product should be replaced, and I will be taking this complaint to every platform necessary.
