I received my Arçelik 1060 YKMG tumble dryer in November 2022, but the packaging was damaged, and it arrived in a shabby condition. I immediately requested a replacement, but the authorized service team stated that it would only be replaced if there was a problem during installation. Since no issues were found despite the detergent drawer being loose during installation, no replacement was made. However, on May 10, 2024, while using the machine, I noticed a burning smell, and it overheated and stopped working. After contacting Arçelik customer service, I requested a service appointment. Despite my request for a replacement, another service company took the machine for repair without informing me, promising an inspection upon my insistence for a replacement. As of now, I'm waiting for a resolution after approximately 10 days without a machine. I expect Arçelik to listen to the records of our conversations, expedite the delivery of my new machine, and compensate for the inconvenience.

Today, I was called again, and they said they would find out which model you want to replace it with. Afterwards, they called my spouse (the process was initiated through them) and updated us that a part order would be made. Your attention to your customers is truly amazing.

I receive calls from Arçelik from time to time to check on the situation, but my request for a replacement has still not been accepted, and my machine continues to malfunction and fix itself. I also have videos of the malfunction. I am requesting a replacement.

"Dear Arçelik, I would appreciate it if you stopped saying 'your request has been received and you will be contacted' on the phone and actually solved my problem as soon as possible. Even after writing on the complaint platform, when you call, all you say is 'your replacement request has been received.' I am tired of calling you every day for a week. Supposedly, Turkey's best home appliance company has not hesitated to victimize us, their customers, for a week just to avoid replacing a dryer. It seems our only option is to go to the consumer court or CİMER because all you are doing is stalling us."
