Arby’s Delivered Incorrect Order and Missing Items

On September 8th, I ordered takeout from Arby’s at Akbatı mall. I requested 2 double chicken menus and 1 regular chicken menu, but when I got home, I found 3 regular chicken menus instead. Half of what I paid for wasn’t in the package. This is extremely frustrating, and I strongly advise against placing online or in-store takeout orders because if there’s a problem, there’s no way to reach them. The phone number is unreachable, and their email address is incorrect. My order number was 1090, I believe. I want my issue resolved and the missing items or a refund provided immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.
