KCEX Blocked My Sell Order During 1506% Profit
On December 31, 2025, between 11:10 PM and 11:30 PM, I opened a futures position on the KCEX mobile app using my phone, trading the Broccoli/USDT pair with 25× leverage and 18 margin. During the trade, my profit ratio increased up to 1506%, and I was showing an approximate profit of $277 USD. Despite this high profit level, the platform did not allow me to close the position or execute a sell order.
Only after my profit ratio dropped to 375% was I finally able to sell. As a result, I suffered a significant loss of profit. Because the system failed to execute my sell order while the position was highly profitable, I believe I lost more than $200 USD in potential profit. Even if there was a technical reason for this behavior, I believe it should be clearly and transparently explained to the user. As clearly shown in the attached screenshots, I was not allowed to sell during the period when my profit was at its peak.
Regarding this issue, I first attempted to get support via Telegram, and then contacted KCEX customer service, but no concrete solution was offered and my losses were not compensated. Throughout this process, I received no technical explanation and no remedial action regarding my lost profits.
For this transaction—where I was unable to secure my profit and was financially harmed—I am requesting that my lost profit be reimbursed, and that a clear and detailed explanation be provided as to why selling was not allowed at such a high profit level. I also request that the platform conduct a thorough investigation and implement necessary fixes to ensure that other users do not experience similar losses.
