KCEX Account Locked for Over a Year Due to “Risk Control” Review
Since December 2025, my KCEX account has been restricted from making deposits and withdrawals, and the review process keeps being continuously extended. I have a significant amount of assets in my account, and due to this restriction, I am unable to access or use my funds.
I was informed that abnormal activity was detected on my account, that the risk control department requires further investigation, and that for this reason the review period has been extended until November 1, 2026 (UTC+8). However, keeping an account restricted for such an extremely long period without providing a clear and satisfactory explanation is causing me serious financial hardship.
Even though I have not committed any security breach or rule violation, having this review process stretched out for such a long time is unacceptable. I am requesting that KCEX reassess this situation, reduce the review period to a reasonable timeframe, and urgently take the necessary steps to remove the restrictions so I can resume normal use of my account.
