KFC Underorder And Overcharge

I paid ₺260 for a KFC menu, but what I received was a ₺200 menu with some items missing. I've been trying to reach customer service for the past 15 minutes regarding my incomplete order, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. This situation is absolutely ridiculous and must be dealt with. If the item is unavailable, kindly inform us instead of providing an alternative menu. Looking for a solution to this inconvenience.
