Refund Request for Double Charge on Clash of Clans Purchase

While purchasing a Barbarian King skin in Clash of Clans, I experienced an internet connection issue, and during this process, I was charged twice. Even though I purchased only one skin, an extra charge of $5 was taken from my account.

The payment was made through Google Play. The receipt shows a charge of $5, with the description “Clans of Flans / Clash of Clans,” and the transaction occurred today around 8:59 PM. This means I was charged twice for the same item.

Regarding this issue, I submitted written requests through both in-game support and Google Play, but I have not yet received any response. I am requesting that the extra $5 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible.
