Missing Arby's Order on Trendyol App Causes Payment Issue

Through Trendyol GO, I ordered a meal worth ₺340 from Arby's. Despite being at home, the delivery status claimed it was left at my door and successfully delivered, but the meal never reached me. When I requested a refund, Trendyol GO customer service refused, stating Arby's declined the refund. However, the courier is affiliated with Trendyol GO, and they won't acknowledge it. I'm forced to pay for a meal I never received, causing frustration and disappointment. They are leaving people stranded, making you pay for uneaten food.
