My package with tracking number 2287361532 from Aramex was originally scheduled for delivery tomorrow but unexpectedly went out for delivery today. I received a message stating that the package cannot be redirected, such as to a neighbor, without prior authorization.
To resolve this, I tried submitting a form through the Communication and Support section on the Aramex website, but the form wouldn’t go through despite multiple attempts. I also called their support line at 0212 999 12 22, but it was impossible to reach a representative.
This lack of accessibility and unreliable communication from Aramex is deeply frustrating. Customers should be able to resolve delivery issues promptly and easily, yet this experience has proven otherwise. I request immediate assistance to ensure my package is delivered to me as planned. Aramex must address these issues to prevent similar frustrations for other customers in the future.
