Aramex Requesting Customer ID Number — How to Submit It

I am experiencing an issue with the delivery of my Aramex shipment with tracking number 35439864655 due to an error stating “invalid or missing customer ID number.” I cannot find any information on where or how to provide the correct ID number. This problem has continued for three days, and even though I contacted customer service, I did not receive a clear answer, nor do I feel that my issue was fully understood.

There is no problem with my delivery address; the only obstacle is the missing ID number, which is preventing the delivery of my package. I request that my shipment be delivered to my address in İstanbul/Üsküdar as soon as possible and that I be informed via email about the next steps and how the process will proceed.

I kindly ask for a quick resolution to my issue.
