Delayed Rebel Sport Order (Aramex): Stuck "Out For Delivery

My order still hasn't arrived since February 22nd, and the tracking number shows it's been "out for delivery" for days. Rebel Sport has selected Aramex as their courier service, which has turned out to be quite unreliable, causing inconvenience to customers. I no longer believe I will get my package. Even after contacting Rebel Sport's Customer Service, there has been no advancement. They appear to be having trouble reaching out to Aramex or providing any helpful support. Having no other option, I requested a complete refund, but it appears my request has been ignored. Attention shoppers: consider carefully before making a purchase from Rebel Sport, particularly if you prioritize prompt delivery and helpful customer support.
