My Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook, was hacked, and during the time I had no control over it, the hacker used cheats on my account, which eventually led to it being banned. I only became aware of the situation around November 2021, after about a month of not logging in, when I tried to access my account and saw that it had been suspended. My Free Fire UID is 822937445.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account, and it is very important to me. I did not use any third-party applications or cheats myself. The unfair activity was carried out by the individual who hacked my account, not by me. I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and received a standard response stating that my account was found to have used a third-party application, that they have a zero-tolerance policy, and that no appeals would be considered. However, this response does not take into account that my account had been compromised and that I did not have control over it when those activities occurred.
I respectfully request that my account and its login history be thoroughly re-investigated, taking into consideration that it was hacked, and that my Free Fire account (UID: 822937445) be unbanned so I can regain access. I would greatly appreciate another opportunity, as I have never intentionally violated any rules.
