Aramex Delays Two Orders, No Response to Support Requests
I’m experiencing issues with Aramex concerning two of my orders (tracking numbers: 2286504360 and 2286472834). Both shipments require “extra information,” yet I’ve received no calls or updates despite repeatedly contacting their support team. My other orders, which are customs-paid and within the limit, have arrived without problems, making this delay even more confusing.
I’ve reported this issue to Amazon multiple times, but they’ve directed me back to Aramex. I’m frustrated with having to explain the situation repeatedly without receiving any resolution or response.
I need immediate assistance from Aramex to resolve this matter and ensure my shipments are processed promptly. Ignoring customer concerns damages trust and reflects poorly on the service.
