Suddenly Banned From Umingle

I have been using Umingle on my iOS device through the Chrome browser, mainly just to talk to people and socialize. Recently, when I tried to open the site, I was suddenly met with a message stating that my account had been banned. I did not receive any prior warning or notification about a violation, and I was not doing anything unusual at the time; the ban appeared directly when I accessed the site. My Umingle account is registered with the email address stephaniede****@gmail.com. I have not yet been able to get any explanation from support, and the lack of information about the reason for this ban is very upsetting, as I do not know what I am being accused of or how to correct it. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the exact reason for my ban. If there has been a mistake or an automated error, I ask that the ban on my account be lifted and my access to Umingle be restored.
