Melbet Withdrawal Marked Completed but $1500 CAD Never Received

I am experiencing a serious withdrawal issue with my Melbet account registered in Canada. On February 15, I requested a withdrawal of $1500 CAD via Interac e-transfer to my RBC Bank account. Within about 10 minutes, the transaction status in my Melbet account changed to “completed,” but the funds never arrived in my bank account.

Since that day, I have been contacting Melbet customer support almost daily to resolve this issue. Each time, I am told to be patient and that their payment specialists are working on it and waiting for a response from my payment provider. However, no concrete update, proof of payment, or resolution has been provided. The funds are still missing, while the transaction continues to show as “completed” on Melbet’s side.

I request that Melbet immediately process the $1500 CAD withdrawal to my RBC Bank account via Interac e-transfer, or otherwise ensure that the funds are delivered to me without any further delay.
