After the warranty on my Apple iPhone 11 expired, it began making a crackling sound, and I had no choice but to take it in for repairs. Unfortunately, I was told that the problem could only be fixed by replacing the screen's handset, which would set me back a whopping 3800 TL. This absurd explanation and pricing for technical support came as a huge shock to me. As a longtime Apple buyer, I was surprised to hear such a feeble defense of the company's pricey products. Their inability to do something as basic as swap out handsets is intolerable. What's more disheartening is that despite the fact that my phone is included in Apple's recall program due to defective manufacturing, the company still wants me to pay a ridiculously high price to have it fixed. It's obvious that they value profit more than happy customers. Apple's strategy appears to be geared toward encouraging users to become reliant on their products, services, and accessories so that they can maximize their profits.
