Apple Service Damaged My iPhone and Did Not Replace the Battery as Promised

My iPhone showed a service warning for the battery, so I scheduled a service appointment through the official Apple support page. The next day, I went to the Apple Authorized Technical Service, as directed by Apple support, to have my phone's battery replaced. My phone had never been serviced before, and I handed it over in perfect condition. An hour later, when I received my phone back, the battery had not been replaced, the phone casing was damaged, the screws were stripped, and it was left in a state where it could not be opened again. They admitted they could not fix it and suggested I take it elsewhere. Trusting Apple support, I went to an authorized service provider, and due to their negligence, I suffered thousands of liras in damages. Since Apple support is also complicit in this situation, I declare that I will pursue my rights through all legal channels. The most surprising part is that when I contacted Apple support, they strung me along for three days only to tell me they could not do anything. I trusted Apple support when I went to this service center, and I trusted them again when I handed over my product, but the outcome was a complete disappointment.
