Apple Store Misled Me for iPhone 12 Sound Issue Now Facing Screen Replacement Fee

I recently visited the Apple store in İzmir Optimum Gürgençler to address a problem with the sound on my iPhone 12. The representative at the technical service informed me that this was a well-documented issue with the iPhone 12 series and assured me that regardless of my warranty status, the phone would still be eligible for a free screen replacement. But the following day, Gürgençler Apple informed me that I would have to pay 10,899 TL to replace the screen. I feel deceived and unjustly handled by this situation. I'm disappointed with the way the device's known issue is being addressed, and I kindly ask for a resolution to my situation without any extra charges.
