Unexpected Amazon Order Cancellation Leads to Disappointment

On February 4, I ordered Columbia Peakfreak 2 shoes from Amazon Turkey, but the order from the Amazon Germany store was canceled on February 19. They claimed the cancellation was due to the address format, insisting on including the name and surname in the main part of the address. Why wasn't this communicated clearly by Amazon? Despite my efforts to rectify the address and reorder, Amazon refused to assist, leaving me unable to find the same size and price elsewhere. This has cost me both time and extra money. Amazon's failure to address such a simple issue is unexpected from a corporate giant. I feel compelled to share my experience with others and caution against shopping on Amazon without thorough consideration.
