Amazon Does Not Confirm Cancellation

Even though I immediately canceled the product I bought from Amazon, Amazon Germany did not confirm the cancellation many times. Since the payment for the product has not been accounted for yet, they can refund the money within the day, but they do not do this. The delivery of the product will take 14 days, the refund will take 14 days and I will be kept waiting for 28 days in this process. I would like to point out that I did not want the product and that I requested cancellation many times before it was shipped; If the product arrives, I will return it at the door. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I was able to solve my problems via live support before, but there is no live support service anymore. There is no customer service I can reach by phone. If possible, I will forward my complaint to the complaint sites of all countries in this way. My reason for cancellation is the change of address; I am no longer at the address where the product will be sent. I emphasized this situation many times in my cancellation requests. I do not accept any responsibility in cases where the product is delivered to the wrong person or lost. Along with this product, I made two more cancellations for the same reason and the total amount, including the payments for these transactions, is 7,548.21 TL.
