Amazon Orders Canceled Repeatedly Due to System Error, No Resolution Provided
My orders on Amazon keep getting canceled due to "suspicious activity," even though I’ve explained multiple times that the issue isn’t on my end but a system error. Initially, I tried to purchase a product for ₺33,000, but the system failed. When I tried again at ₺35,600, the same issue occurred. After contacting customer service, I was assured the issue would be resolved in two days and that my inconvenience would be addressed. However, I received no follow-up or communication.
Today, I reached out again and was told no assistance could be provided until the product was back in stock. When I asked if they would honor the original price of ₺32,999, I was assured they would. Now the product is available at ₺38,999, but they’ve refused to adjust the price as promised.
This back-and-forth feels like a joke. I demand Amazon take responsibility for this issue, honor the original price, and improve their customer service to prevent such frustrations in the future.
