Amazon Marked My Order as Shipped Without Actually Sending It
I placed an order through Amazon from a seller named 'Karam Gıda'. I initially received a message saying the order had been shipped, but while I was waiting for delivery, the order was canceled and refunded without explanation. On May 24, I placed another order. That same day, I received a notification that the item had been shipped, but when I checked the tracking details, I was told that no such shipment existed. I contacted Amazon multiple times and explained that the seller was acting arbitrarily, falsely marking the item as shipped when it wasn’t. I requested that the order be canceled and my money refunded. Amazon was unable to cancel the order for several days, and the seller finally shipped the item on June 2, 2025—even though it was supposed to be delivered by May 28. I’m still unsure whether it was truly shipped. Amazon Turkey is no longer what it used to be and is losing credibility by allowing such sellers. I shouldn’t have to wait on a seller’s whim. The item is supposed to be shipped and delivered within the time frame listed on the site. This was not respected. I am filing a complaint against both Amazon Turkey and the seller Karam Gıda.
