The Columbia Jacket from Amazon Has Seam Issues, They Won't Take It Back
I purchased a Columbia jacket from Amazon Turkey on July 17th, intending to use it during the summer. However, I couldn't use it until November. On the first day of use, I noticed issues with the seams on the sleeves, and the next day, there were problems with the seams on the back. I promptly reported the situation to Amazon, and they initiated the return process. Despite the deadline passing, the refund for the product, which cost me approximately 3700 TL, was credited to my card as 2588 TL on November 21st. When I inquired about the missing amount, I was told that full refunds can be made within one month of returns. If that's the case, why sell jackets in the summer? If you do, shouldn't you stand behind your products? It's not easy to earn that money back, especially considering the amount spent on advertising. I demand the full refund of 1150 TL without any deductions.
