Not Receiving My Shoes from Amazon.com.tr
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience on the infamous amazon.com.tr. On July 3rd, I ordered a pair of PUMA Softride Premier Unisex Running Shoes in size 43, PUMA Black-Cool Dark Gray-Fresh Pear, for 1780 TL. However, my order has been unjustly held hostage in Amazon's warehouses for over a month, with no sign of resolution. Despite the fact that the purchase came with an unconditional return option, my return request was declined after 14 days. I have made over 30 phone calls and engaged in 20 online interactions, speaking with different customer service representatives each time. Every time, I've been given the same runaround, with each representative telling me to wait 72 hours. This empty promise of 72 hours has been repeated a total of 6 times. The customer service experience has been a complete letdown. Instead of resolving the issue, representatives point fingers at each other and provide no actual assistance. They claim to lack the authority to help, which begs the question: why have customer service at all? I've been repeatedly told that my product would be shipped back to me, but nothing has materialized. Despite their claims of checking my product and returning it, it remains lost in the abyss. I even spoke with two supposedly "very authorized" individuals, and still, there has been no result. It's become evident that the call center personnel are clueless about the entire process. Their responses feel like a never-ending cycle of misinformation. My request for help has fallen on deaf ears as they continue to drag out the process with their lies. I'm writing this in the hope that someone from Amazon will take notice of this embarrassing situation and take action. It's been over a month, and I am left without my product or any resolution. It's regrettable that purchasing shoes from Amazon has turned into such a frustrating ordeal. I simply want my product to be sent to me, a basic expectation that Amazon has failed to fulfill.
