Dear Amazon, I am a long-time customer of Amazon, placing orders both with Amazon.com.tr and through the international Amazon platform. However, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent negative experience I have had with a refund that has been delayed for over 1.5 months. Order Details: Order Number: 403-8278043-8554740 Item: Skechers Women's D'lites Jungle Adventure Fashion Sneaker Refund Amount: 929,79₺ Timeline of Events: February 19, 2024: Returned the product following Amazon's return policy. February 21, 2024: Amazon received the returned product and confirmed the refund. February 24, 2024: Contacted customer service to inquire about the refund status. February 25-March 31, 2024: Repeatedly contacted customer service for updates on the refund, always having to initiate the communication myself. March 31, 2024: Spoke with a customer service representative named Osm**, who provided inaccurate information and stated that the refund would not be issued for an unknown reason. April 1, 2024: Contacted customer service again and spoke with a different representative who contradicted Osm**'s statement and assured me that the refund would be processed. Despite my persistent efforts to communicate with customer service, I have not received any concrete information about the status of my refund. This unacceptable situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial hardship. I am requesting that you immediately investigate this matter and expedite the refund to my account without further delay. Furthermore, I would like to file a formal complaint against Osm** for providing misleading information and demonstrating a lack of competence. I have attached all relevant documentation, including the return receipt and customer service transcripts, for your reference. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If I do not receive a response within 10 business days, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to the Turkish Consumer Protection Agency. Sincerely,
