Decline of Customer Satisfaction of Amazon In Just 4 Years!

The product I purchased from Amazon.com.tr in 2021 was not delivered on time, and after filing a complaint over the phone, an employee personally brought the item to my home at 8 PM. However, in the four years since, they have removed phone numbers and email addresses from their website, leaving no corporate phone number to contact. When my recent order was not shipped for six days, I somehow managed to reach them, and they admitted the issue was due to a problem in their own shipping process. I requested a reshipment, but their so-called system did not allow it, as if they were not the ones who set its rules. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told the system does not allow refunds before the 26th. Has the Turkish branch of the world's largest e-commerce platform really declined this much in just four years? I will also send this to [email protected] if the email is still in use. Shame on their so-called system. Aren’t we all tired of the disgraceful service from these giant platforms? I encourage everyone to shop from small businesses with their own websites. It might cost ₺3 or ₺4 more or even less, but at least you can call and speak to an actual representative if there's an issue. This is what I will do from now on.
