On April 29, 2023, I purchased Puma Rebound Joy Shoes from the seller Amazon.com.tr on Amazon. When the shoes arrived, they did not have the original box, and there was no label on them. Although Amazon convinced me at that moment that they were authentic, the poor quality of the product became apparent. After wearing the shoes 20 or maybe 30 times in cold weather, they deteriorated, making the heels uncomfortable walking in. The support page directs me to Puma, but no one has responded to my request for over a week. My order number is 402-9417394-5405169. After 5 weeks, despite both Amazon and Puma ignoring all of my requests, I finally managed to send the shoes back to Amazon with great difficulty. Amazon informed me that, relying on their "guarantee" and the assurance given by the customer representative, the shoes, which had deteriorated for no reason, would be returned with the explanation: "After the inspection; unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed as it has been determined that the product was not used following its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions." Now I ask, how could you conclude that a pair of shoes were not used following their "technical specifications and usage instructions"? Anyway, I was hoping they wouldn't victimize me, but it was already evident from their selling counterfeit goods. Cheers to Amazon, showing that they are as reliable as third-party sellers with 10-15 reviews on their competitors' websites.
