Amazon's Delayed Shoe Return Refund
On August 30th, I returned a pair of Slazenger shoes that I purchased through the Amazon mobile app. Amazon assured me that the refund would be processed on January 31st. However, it has been 12 days and I have yet to receive my refund. When I contacted customer service, they always stalled and provided no resolution. It's completely unacceptable that such a large corporation employs customer service representatives who are failing to address my issue and have left me in distress for days. I was expecting more from a company like Amazon. Their inaction in resolving this issue is both frustrating and disappointing. They appear to be attempting to withhold my 300 TL. The number of my order is 171-1763165-1590727. Amazon's reputation is on the line here, and they must act quickly to correct the situation.
