Amazon Prime Orders Cancelled Due to 'Basic Necessity' Limit
Being an Amazon.com Prime member, I typically make 3-5 purchases each year without buying the same thing twice. Unfortunately, I keep experiencing cancellations with the same message: "Your order cannot be accepted because it exceeds the limit for essential household items, based on your past purchase history." They cause me inconvenience for a period of 10 days before granting permission for the purchase. Amazon has changed significantly over time. I'm having trouble finding someone to address this issue—there doesn't seem to be any solutions in sight.
