Missing Items in My Amazon Eti Ahenk Chocolate Order

I bought a six-pack of Eti Ahenk chocolate from the Amazon website, but when the product came, I was only given one piece of chocolate instead of the six-pack that was advertised. After I told customer service about the problem, they told me the items would be shipped out as soon as possible. But it's been four months since then, and even though the product has been listed for sale twice more, I still haven't gotten the missing items, and no one has contacted me about it either. Amazon seems to have recently changed from a legitimate business to one that uses dishonest methods to trick customers.
