Amazon Made Me Wait 3 Months for My Order then Canceled It and Kept My Money
Amazon made me wait for 3 months, promising that my order would be shipped eventually. After waiting for so long, they told me they wouldn't send it, which put me in a tough spot since I had already paid for it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but my problem still isn't fixed. They kept my money for 3 months and then said the item was out of stock. I contacted the supplier directly, and they confirmed the item was available, but Amazon said it wasn’t. This whole situation has really thrown me off, and I've ended up feeling both stressed out and out of pocket because of how my order was managed.
