Customer Victimization Caused By Amazon Sending Wrong Product

I ordered a 4K action camera from Amazon, but I was very surprised when the delivery arrived. Instead of the camera itself, there was only a small part belonging to the camera inside the box. Amazon sent me a camera part instead of the full 4K action camera. I even double-checked the order details to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but everything clearly showed that I ordered the full camera. When I contacted customer service and requested that the correct product be sent—because I specifically wanted the full camera—they told me they couldn’t do that and asked me to return the item instead. Amazon has caused me a lot of trouble with this and left me feeling let down as a customer.
