Missing Items from Amazon Seller




I recently purchased 24 packs of Gourmet Gold cat food from the Kirpipet seller on Amazon for 162.90 TL for three packages. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I discovered that it was incomplete. I was supposed to receive 72 packs in total, but only 18 were delivered to me. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to contact the seller for a resolution. I'm contacting you to address this issue and find a solution. I respectfully request either a refund or the prompt delivery of the remaining cat food packs. If this situation is not resolved satisfactorily, I am willing to escalate it by involving Consumer Rights authorities. For your convenience, I've attached a photo of the received order for your review. We would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
