Amazon's Improper Packaging of 10kg Proplan Cat Food Order

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the 10kg Proplan cat food I recently received from Amazon. The product was delivered without any protective outer packaging, shipped solely in its original bag. This is completely unacceptable for an item of this size and weight, as it is highly vulnerable to damage during transit. Large pet food bags are not designed to be shipped without external packaging. Any micro scratches or tiny, invisible punctures can compromise the air-tight seal of the packaging. Even the slightest exposure to air can affect the freshness, safety, and nutritional integrity of the food—potentially posing a risk to my pet's health. Your response asking me to “show the torn or punctured part” is not applicable in this case. Micro-leaks or seal failures are not always visible to the naked eye, which is precisely why shipping such products without proper packaging is entirely irresponsible and falls below Amazon’s usual service standards. Therefore, I strongly insist on either a refund or replacement for this item. The product’s packaging condition upon arrival makes it unsafe for use, and I trust that Amazon, as a global leader in e-commerce, will take full responsibility for this serious oversight. I kindly request that this matter be re-evaluated and that appropriate action is taken to resolve my complaint.
