Amazon Reduced My Order to One Item and Failed to Deliver My Dog Food Refund
On December 7, 2024, I faced an issue with an order on Amazon.com.tr, where my six-item order was reduced to one, and the 3-installment payment option was changed to a single payment. When the items didn’t arrive by December 11, I contacted customer service, leading to the worst communication experience. One representative disrespectfully said, “I’ve been listening to you all morning,” while another dismissed my visual evidence without an apology, merely stating the issue would be forwarded. A third representative, who was calm and polite, acknowledged the problem, advised me to reorder the items, and promised a refund for a 15 kg bag of dog food after delivery, assuring me she would call personally. However, as of December 27, the dog food is still marked as undelivered, no refund has been issued, and no follow-up calls have been made. While one representative later escalated the issue, the final decision was negative. Having shopped with Amazon globally for over 20 years, I have never encountered such poor treatment, broken promises, and lack of accountability. Fix your mistake and issue my refund immediately.
