Misleading Unlimited Data Claim by eSIM.io for Egypt eSIM Package

For my trip abroad, I purchased a 7-day unlimited data package from eSIM.io for use in Egypt. However, although the package was advertised as "unlimited," I discovered that it actually provides only 3 GB of high-speed data per day. After the daily 3 GB allowance is used, the connection speed is reduced to approximately 1 Mbps, making the service practically unusable for normal internet activities.

At this reduced speed, it is not possible to participate in video meetings through applications such as Google Meet, download videos, or even browse social media comfortably. The service I received is significantly different from what was advertised and from what I reasonably expected when purchasing an "unlimited" internet package.

After discovering this limitation, I contacted eSIM.io through its WhatsApp support channel. I explained that the package description was misleading and requested a refund. However, I was told that because I had already started using the package, they could not provide any assistance or process a refund.

I do not accept the rejection of my refund request simply because the service was activated. Advertising a package as "unlimited internet" while reducing the connection to an unusable speed after only 3 GB per day is misleading and does not provide the level of service that was promised.

I respectfully request either a full refund of the amount I paid for this package or that eSIM.io provide the service as advertised by delivering genuinely usable, uninterrupted internet access at a practical speed for the duration of the package.
