Amazon Canceled My Toy Order After Seventeen Days Delay
On October 13, I ordered the toy “Goliath Naughty Monkey (918668)” from Amazon. My order remained pending for delivery for 17 days, during which I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that there was a technical issue and that it would be resolved soon. However, on October 30, my order was canceled without any explanation, and I was only offered a ₺100 gift card as compensation. Meanwhile, the same product is still being sold by Amazon. During this process, my child’s excitement turned into disappointment, and I was kept waiting for 17 days. My order number is 408-4425636-6392363. Although the refund process has just started, I do not accept that my grievance is being dismissed with a mere gift card. I trusted Amazon’s professionalism when making this purchase but was left deeply disappointed by this experience. I request that my product be resent, that I receive higher compensation for the inconvenience caused, and that an official apology be issued to clarify the matter.
