Undelivered Amazon Prime Order – Request for Refund

On August 11, I placed an order on Amazon using the advantages of Prime membership for next-day delivery (Order No: 408-2023606-6793965). However, my package has still not been delivered, and I have not been contacted or informed in any way during this process. On the shipment tracking screen in the app, it now says, "Expected by August 14." I was expecting this order to be delivered to Antalya and paid via debit card. I tried to reach live support but received no response, and my issue was not resolved. I have also not been informed in any way by the shipping company. Since my order has not been delivered, I am requesting a refund. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
