I Cannot Reach Amazon, My Account Is Blocked Saying It's a Double
My Amazon account, which I use routinely, has been locked for a reason I cannot understand. I cannot reach the customer representative in any way. Amazon says the reason why my account is locked is because your information is similar to someone we have done business with before and had problems with. I'm still paying for Amazon prime, but I can't cancel because I can't access the account. I am still paying the premium fee, which I cannot use because I have registered cards. There was a product I sent back, I need to know its outcome and status urgently, I want to know whether the warehouse accepted or rejected it. The fly is small but disgusting.
