My Amazon Account Has Been Suspended - I Can't Log In

I can't log in to my Amazon Prime account. I want to follow the instructions in the image, but I haven't received any emails. Not even in my spam/junk folder. What's more interesting is that I can't reach Amazon regarding this issue. I try to reach them through the contact page, but they tell me to log in. My problem is that I can't log in. They've put me in a ridiculous situation. I can't shop, I can't watch Prime Video. If you're saying you don't need customers, you can clearly resolve the issue by sending an email. How ridiculous is it that customers can't reach you? There's no phone number, no email address, and no way to send emails through the contact box. What's your problem, Amazon Türkiye?
