Amazon Delayed My Phone Order for 10 Days Despite My Prime Membership

I ordered and paid for it. Since it was not sent the next day, I called and the Amazon customer representative said that there was no problem and that it would be delivered on the delivery date. Since it was not sent again the next day, I called again because I needed it and he said it would reach the delivery date again. I waited for the delivery date and when it did not arrive, I called again and was told that there was a problem and that it would be clear then that I had to wait another 48 hours after waiting for so many days as if it were a joke. If it is clear and shipped again, without any additional problems! It takes 10 days in total. I say let's cancel it. The shipping process was done before the product was shipped (it's not legal). Although the cargo was not received, it is still in the warehouse, but it appears as a document in the cargo (they accept it when it is not delivered) but it says it cannot be canceled. I don't have the financial limit to buy 2 nails, and I can't buy it from anywhere else, even if it is canceled, I will wait for the card bank refund process. Mobile phone is a great need in products nowadays. I am left without a phone for 10 days, it may be longer and the problem is still not solved. I shop from Amazon, believing that they sell a product based on their statements. I also pay monthly under the name of Prime.! There are setbacks in the human condition, but my main grievance is the days that have passed, I have to wait for days more for my grievance to be resolved. I cannot provide a solution. What is my mistake as a consumer?
