I recently made a purchase of two Kalado wireless upright vacuum cleaners from Amazon.com.tr. The order number for this purchase is 406-8183676-1723550. At first glance, everything appeared to be in order as the products were being prepared for shipment. However, unexpectedly and without any advance notice or clarification, Amazon decided to cancel my order a week later. I bought each vacuum cleaner for 2549₺, which I considered to be a reasonable price at that time. Surprisingly, I stumbled upon the fact that the identical product is currently available on other platforms at a staggering price of 6776.50₺ per item. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Amazon's sudden and unfair cancellation, which has resulted in a loss of 8,455₺ for me. It's incredibly frustrating to see that Amazon is not taking any responsibility for its actions. There has been no mention of compensation for this unexpected cancellation, and no effort has been made to help with the financial inconvenience that has resulted. As a dedicated customer, I am extremely disappointed by their inadequate support and disregard for my situation.
